Environmental activists are targeted at alarming rates

Both country governments and giant corporations with deep pockets are attacking activists. In 2017 alone, 207 were murdered, according to Global Witness, up from 147 in 2012. 

We've supported activists in fighting fracking, oil pipelines, and water contamination in North America, Latin America, and the former Soviet Union.
